Originally from Northern Ireland, Neal brings a wealth of over two decades of global corporate consulting experience in the fields of economic development, growth strategy, and commercial real estate.

In his most recent role, Neal served as the Chief Operating Officer of the California Mobility Center, an influential public-private partnership. There, he orchestrated programs and resources aimed at accelerating the global commercialization journeys of innovation-driven enterprises and industry leaders.

Previously Neal was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at the Greater Sacramento Economic Council (GSEC), leading the Business Development team's efforts to attract new companies and groundbreaking initiatives to the Greater Sacramento region.

Earlier in his career, Neal held the role of Consulting Manager at Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco, Chicago, and London, UK.

Neal currently divides his professional commitments between the Bay Area and Sacramento, leveraging his extensive network to make impactful contributions in both regions.

Outside of work, he enjoys trail running in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California, and camping adventures with his family.
